How It Works
Join
Young Minority Professionals join our program to put themselves on a pathway to home ownership. After qualifying, young professionals select a rental home, and begin their journey of savings.
Prepare
The next part of the journey is preparing a plan. On road to homeownership YMP’s are saving money, preparing a plan to own, while in the comfortability of more space than an average apartment.
Own
Your journey is almost complete. Its time to select your home to purchase with no closing costs and no down payment. Start building equity and generational wealth. We will guide you the whole way through!!
